Over the past couple of years they have been collecting data to see where to invest their funds and which new divisions to grow based on existing client demand and growth sectors and it has become apparent that Technology is leading the way, therefore they have established a specialist niche Tech Recruitment Hub. Their initial core focus will be opening a centralised hub in Manchester supplying resources and talent solutions within AI/ RPA across the UK & Ireland.

£200m has been pledged to make the new niche divisions a global success and the No1 in the world. There will be 3 business areas:

• Recruitment
• Recruit, Train and Deploy
• Consultancy

This extraordinary company hires over 10,000 recruiters worldwide and have the lowest staff turnover in the industry at just 6% with many Consultants progressing through the ranks to become Directors - it is an collaborative environment with employees who are passionate about their work.

A well-reputed IT Recruitment Director has been hired to run the new division and he in turn has hired a Head of Contract and Head of Permanent Recruitment, along with 3 Senior Consultants plus there is a Delivery Function for the team toutilise based in India.

In line with growth 2 further Senior Consultants will be required to start ASAP

• A minimum of 18 moths experience within IT Recruitment (any IT niche) whilst working within a Recruitment Consultancy.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• An understanding of Recruitment Solutions
