Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our high performing Talent Acquisition team as a TA Sourcer / Researcher. The role will form an integral part of the team’s strategy talent mapping and pipelining the very best talent in the industry.
Responsibilities- Talent Mapping and Research: in‑depth mapping of competitors and relevant industry networks; build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future project needs; use Boolean search on Linked In Recruiter, job boards and professional associations.
- Candidate Engagement: develop personalized outreach campaigns to attract passive talent; communicate the company culture, projects and career growth opportunities in a professional manner.
- Collaboration & Support: work closely with recruiters to prioritize roles and understand key requirements; support strategic sourcing campaigns for critical and senior‑level hires; share market insights and sourcing analytics with TA and business leaders.
- Diversity Sourcing: partner with the TA Manager to build targeted sourcing strategies that improve diversity in candidate pipelines.
- Data & Reporting: track sourcing activities, conversion rates and talent availability insights; maintain accurate records of outreach and talent engagement in the ATS.
- Proven experience building talent pipelines in an agency or in‑house environment for Cost Managers, Project Managers and Project Controls.
- Strong communication skills: confident phone manner, clear writing and active listening.
- Excellent organization: manage multiple vacancies, candidates and deadlines.
- Proficiency with research tools: comfortable using job boards, Linked In and applicant tracking systems.
- Team player: emphasis on collaboration.
