We’re expanding our Technology Division across Manchester, and we’re looking for a driven, client-focused Consultant to play a key role in our growth.

💼 The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll partner with major national and international organisations to deliver a first-class recruitment service to tech professionals across the UK.
You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placements whist positively contributing to a high performance culture.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
 
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across contract or permanent Technology roles
 
* Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through consultative engagement.
 
* Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and candidate interviews.
 
* Build and nurture a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
 
* Lead effective client meetings and win new business.
 
* Identify and manage key accounts while supporting junior team members’ development.
 
* Collaborate with management to maintain and exceed company performance standards.
 
* Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell across business divisions.
🧠 Skills & Experience
 
* Proven experience in IT recruitment (contract or permanent).
 
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
 
* Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
 
* Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
 
* A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
