Overview
Onboarding Administrator - Fixed Term. Manchester M50 3SP
. Fixed Term Contract 12 months (maternity cover). Full time 37.5 hours per week. Salary £24,900 - £27,500 Depending On Experience. We consider all types of flexibility wherever possible, including locations, hours and working patterns.

The roleYou'll provide onboarding services including the issuing of the contract of employment and the completion of all pre-employment screening activities to support the successful recruitment of new employees joining us or moving roles within the business.
How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen- Work to make sure all activities are completed within agreed SLA's and quality assurance standards
- Make sure all the relevant documentation has been received to progress the offer of employment through the relevant HR system
- Issue accurate and compliant contracts of employment
- Issue the appropriate documentation and send links to the candidate
- Request the appropriate Screening package to be instigated
- Maintain regular oversight of the progress of the screening activity to conclusion
- Escalates if there are delays to the screening process using agreed escalation processes
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the candidate to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Make the candidate aware of the customer journey and clearly articulate what is required of them
- Keep candidates informed of progress, maintaining regular contact with them via all communication channels
- Excellent administration, ideally in a volume transactional environment
- Experience of working in a Customer Service focused environment
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels
- Good organisational skills, able to work to deadlines and under pressure
