We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help grow our Manufacturing team, focusing on mid‑to‑senior level positions across the UK and Europe.

• ✔️Full 360 recruitment cycle:
  Business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
• ✔️Building and maintaining a strong network within the Manufacturing sector (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement roles in FMCG, Food & Beverage, and related industries).
• ✔️Delivering high-quality permanent and contract placements at pace, while upholding our values of trust, integrity, and excellence.
• ✔️Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team strategy as you progress.

This role offers

• ✔️Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally 3+ years), with experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical sectors.
• ✔️Strong business development skills and a history of billing consistently.
• ✔️Excellent relationship-building abilities – you’re approachable, professional, and results-driven.
• ✔️Comfortable working on UK and European mandates, with an understanding of cross-border recruitment challenges.
• ✔️Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities quickly.
