Recruitment Consultant

First Point Group is launching a new Manchester office and expanding their specialist team focused on data centre and mission-critical infrastructure recruitment across the UK and Europe.

You’ll be joining at the ground floor of a new office, backed by an established international business with a proven track record in complex, cross-border recruitment. This is a true 360 headhunting role for an experienced consultant who wants autonomy, ownership, and progression.

• Full 360 recruitment across data centres and critical infrastructure
• Client acquisition and long-term relationship building
• End-to-end delivery from search through to placement
• Provide market intelligence and advisory support to clients

• Proven agency recruitment experience as a 360 consultant
• Strong on candidate delivery and account management
• Data centre experience ideal; adjoining sectors encouraged (construction, MEP, engineering, energy, infrastructure)
• Commercially driven, organised, and self-motivated
