We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Summer Analyst to join the People Team. These roles are located in Manchester.

BNY Analyst Program is a 24-month holistic development journey with rotational experiences to prepare you for your future career. You will work on high-priority initiatives across the firm, gaining a panoramic view of BNY’s global franchise and exposure to senior leadership and mentors. Upon successful completion, you may be considered for high-impact roles in multiple functions.

The People Team focuses on investing in people, improving processes, leveraging technology-driven innovation, and delivering a high-quality experience to stakeholders. Teams work globally to recruit, develop, reward, and retain talent.

Summer Interns will have opportunities in one of the following areas based on interests and business need:
Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning and Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Thrive Together, Compensation, or Benefits & Wellbeing. You’ll contribute to impactful projects across the People Function, analytics, and technology, with exposure to employee experience, workforce analytics, change management, and AI.

  Experience:
  
  Analyze and improve onboarding or internal mobility experiences using feedback and digital tools.
• Test AI in Action:
  Support pilots of generative AI tools that enhance People operations (e.g., drafting knowledge articles or powering internal help bots).
• Bring Data to Life:
  Build or refine dashboards tracking key people metrics (e.g., engagement trends, exit patterns, learning participation).
• Drive Internal Talent Mobility:
  Support initiatives that match employees to open roles or projects based on skills and interests.
• Voice of the Employee:
  Help run pulse surveys or focus groups and synthesize insights to inform people strategies.
• Support Change Initiatives:
  Create toolkits, communications, or digital materials to help employees navigate change.
• Research Future
  
  Skills:
  
  Conduct competitor and market research to inform our evolving skills framework and workforce strategy.

• Enrollment in a 3-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business- and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2025 or July 2026
• Minimum 2:2 Degree Classification
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
