The Role:

As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant
, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, mentoring others, and elevating the Near Tech Search brand in your market. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle while building high-value relationships with clients and candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and manage an engaged client and candidate network in the tech space
• Run end-to-end recruitment processes with commercial confidence
• Grow market share through new business development
• Deliver thought leadership and add long-term strategic value
• Mentor junior consultants and support training & team development
• Represent the 11 Investments brand positively and professionally

• Proven experience as a successful 360 agency recruiter with experience in technology recruitment
• A strong individual billing track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and driven by personal and collective success
