Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
Developing and maintaining professional, long-term relationships with prestigious law firms across the country to understand and fulfil their critical hiring needs. - Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
Proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging with high‑calibre legal professionals through various sourcing channels, including specialised databases, professional networks, and direct outreach. - Consultative Communication:
Conducting in-depth screening and interviewing of candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and advising them on their career aspirations. - Process Management:
Expertly managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, managing feedback, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth placement process for both clients and candidates. - Market Expertise:
Developing a deep understanding of the legal market, including salary trends and industry‑specific hiring challenges, to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
We are seeking individuals who are serious about forging a successful career in legal recruitment. While prior recruitment experience is beneficial, it is not essential.
