With over 80 years’ combined experience, we focus purely on the UK’s Engineering & Manufacturing sector, placing people within Electronics, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Robotics, Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain and Technical Sales.

We’re on the hunt for talented or aspiring recruiters ready to take the next step in their career, and build and run their own desk. This is a sales‑focussed role, so experience of this type of environment, or a keen interest in sales, is essential.

• Recruitment or sales experience (preferred)
• Self‑starter, determined, and driven to succeed
• A natural rapport builder who can develop solid relationships
• Solutions‑focused and curious
• A passion for innovation and bringing ideas to the table

• Hands on as a 360 recruiter, developing your own desk
• Joining a team with warm patches and clients
• Search for and identify top candidates using our CRM, Linked In, job boards and your own professional network
• Create exciting job adverts for client vacancies
• Qualify candidates via video and telephone
• Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates
• Manage the full client and candidate process from CV introduction through to job offer
• Leverage social media to develop your own personal brand
