Managing Consultant (HR Technology) - Leading Solutions Consultancy - Remote - Basic Salary of between £75,000 and £88,000 + £8,000 variable bonus.

Hays have partnered with a leading management consultancy, supporting them in their recruitment of a Managing Consultant to join their rapidly growing Advisory & Consultancy practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with their technology practice to drive large-scale HR technology transformation programs. Working with senior stakeholders in a range of enterprise customers, you will deliver solutions that blend innovation, data and design to create human-centric solutions for future work forces.

Successful candidates will define and manage program scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for global HR technology initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact for senior HR, IT, and business leaders; manage expectations and alignment; and overseeing third-party vendors and system integrators to ensure quality and timely delivery.
This role would suit an experienced consultant / program manager with direct experience in the ownership and / or delivery of large-scale HR Technology Transformation programs (SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM etc).

Our client can offer:

A basic salary of between £75,000 and £88,000 DOE
£8,000 variable bonus
