Recruitment Resourcer

The main role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to source and manage pre‑employment vacancies but will also include the following:

• Source & Identify potential learners to enrol in training programmes
• Arrange interviews and assessment centres
• Meeting with clients
• Advertise job roles on various job sites, including Apprenticeship sites & Job Centre Plus
• Identify & match applicants to vacancies
• Interview potential candidates
• Create applicant shortlists
• Set up enrolment & start dates for training courses
• Keep regular contact with enrolled learners
• Provide effective information and guidance to both internal and external customers/clients

• Excellent communication & listening skills
• Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Team player
• Flexible, confident and results driven

Monday and Friday: 9am – 5pm;
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 11am – 7pm
