Reporting directly into our Managing Consultant and working alongside extremely experienced consultants and some of the business’s biggest billers, you will play a pivotal part in building out your desk in Aerospace and Defence space, whilst leveraging existing accounts. This is a great opportunity for an experienced consultant to grow with this business, build a team around you and be supported by the wider team and group.

You’ll need great relationship‑building skills, the ability to continually keep up to date with current trends, and think outside the box for sourcing strategies to utilise all internal tech provided to maximise efficiency.

There is excellent opportunity for high earning potential with the average deal size across the team right now at £35,000 and the highest being £100k. With our rewarding commission structure the earning potential is life‑changing. It’s a great position for someone with experience recruiting in either the US or the Advanced Engineering space (or both) to join a high‑performing team and accelerate your career.

• Searching for suitable Aerospace and Defence candidates who match our clients’ requirements in the USA
• Head‑hunting and networking on sites such as Linked In and via our database
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Business development
• Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles
• Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time
• Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections
• Taking references and collating relevant supporting documents
• Building relationships with existing and future clients
• Attending meetings with clients to explore potential opportunities
