Go-To-Market; GTM Recruiter - Elsdon Group

We’re looking for an experienced Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Recruiter to join our team. You’ll be hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Rev Ops—partnering closely with leadership. This is a high‑impact role for someone who understands how great GTM teams are built and knows how to identify, attract, and close top commercial talent.

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, Rev Ops, Partnerships)
• Partner with founders, CRO, VP Sales/Marketing, and hiring managers to define hiring needs
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for high‑performing GTM talent
• Run structured interviews and assess candidates for both skill and revenue impact
• Manage pipelines, hiring data, and time‑to‑hire metrics
• Strengthen employer branding for GTM talent markets

• Proven experience recruiting GTM roles in SaaS, tech, or high‑growth environments
• Strong understanding of revenue functions and GTM org structures
• Track record of hiring high‑performing sales and marketing professionals
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data‑driven mindset with strong ATS and sourcing expertise
• Ability to move fast without compromising on quality
