A leading healthcare provider is offering an HR Assistant Undergraduate Student Placement in Manchester. This position invites students to gain practical experience in HR operations while supporting the HR team in managing employee relations, including sickness absence management and disciplinary processes. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships across staff. The successful applicant will be placed at the Oxford Road site, working 37.5 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
