Senior HR Advisor | Manchester | Full or Part-time

We are partnering with a growing fashion brand at a really exciting point in their journey. The business is scaling and they are now ready to bring their very first HR person into the team.

This role is perfect for a Senior HR Advisor who enjoys being close to the business and wants real ownership. You will be building the HR foundations while also supporting day-to-day people matters, so a mix of hands on delivery and bigger picture thinking.

What you will be doing

Acting as the go to person for all HR and people related matters

Supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle

Putting in place practical HR policies and processes

Managing employee relations with confidence and care

Supporting recruitment, onboarding and early people initiatives

Partnering closely with the leadership team as the business grows

What they are looking for

Experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role

Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions

A people first, commercial mindset

Someone warm, approachable and confident building relationships
