New HR Role | Systems, Data & Reward

Salary: £55k – £65k (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week + great benefits

Role type: Permanent, full time, hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 at home)

I am working with a fantastic organisation who are looking for an HR professional to join their team. You will have experience in and enjoy getting stuck into systems, data and reward, as well as shaping how things work from an analytics point of view, as a business grows.

The first 12‑18 months will be particularly project‑heavy, with system change, process improvement and change management at the heart of the role.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning and improving HR systems, people data and reporting
  • Leading the selection and implementation of a new HR system
  • Reviewing and streamlining payroll and benefits administrationli>
  • Providing credible expertise across reward, benefits and pensions
  • Leading annual pay review cycles, benchmarking and reward governance
  • Developing people analytics and reporting for SLT and managers
  • Managing and developing a Compensation & Benefits Specialist
  • Supporting international HR activity (UK, UAE, US, Asia)
About you
  • Have solid experience across HR systems, data and/or reward
  • Understand the mechanics of pay, benefits, payroll and HR data
  • Be comfortable working with ambiguity and building scalable solutions
  • Enjoy collaboration, learning and being part of a close‑knit team
  • Be proactive, adaptable and happy balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery
  • Ideally have some international exposure (or a strong appetite to gain it)
