We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Manager to join our People Team at Thrive Childcare and Education! You will lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to attract, hire and retain safe, skilled people across our nurseries. You will partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs, drive creative attraction strategies, maintain safer recruitment standards and support our People Plan.

- Partner with line managers to forecast workforce needs, manage vacancy approval and build proactive resourcing pipelines aligned to occupancy and operational requirements.
- Provide expert advice on workforce planning, market insights and competitor trends to support effective hiring decisions.
- Lead, coach and develop Talent Co-ordinators to deliver engaging, brand-aligned attraction campaigns across job boards, social media, referrals and community outreach.
- Build strong external partnerships with Nursery Managers, colleges, training providers and agencies to widen and diversify candidate reach.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring consistent shortlisting, interviewing, ATS usage and a positive candidate experience, including attendance at recruitment events.
- Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment and regulatory requirements, training managers and teams and overseeing robust onboarding and induction processes.
- Support People Plan projects, manage apprenticeships and deliver accurate recruitment reporting on performance, cost, timelines and compliance.
You will have proven recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume or multi-site environment, with experience managing or coaching a small team. Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities, you will be a confident communicator and comfortable analysing data. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to travel between sites as required. You will bring a positive, professional and confidential approach, work well both independently and as part of a team, and be passionate about people, early years education and delivering a great candidate experience.
