The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to manage a full 360 recruitment desk for driving roles across the North West. You’ll work remotely, but you’ll be part of a high-performing team headquartered in Northampton.

This is a role for someone ambitious, results-focused, and ready to take ownership of their desk and drive real growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full 360 recruitment within the driving/logistics sector (temporary & permanent roles)

* Proactively generating new business and sourcing candidates

* Building and managing strong client and candidate relationships

* Screening, shortlisting, and placing drivers efficiently

* Negotiating fees, contracts, and terms

* Hitting and exceeding individual targets and KPIs

* Taking ownership of your desk with a “get it done” mindset

Who We’re Looking For

* Experienced in recruitment (driving/logistics experience preferred)

* Confident in sales, business development, and client negotiation

* Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven

* Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills

* Able to work independently in a remote environment

* Ambitious, with a desire to grow within the company and eventually manage your own desk
