Our Early Careers team is a high‑performing group of forward‑thinking, strategic business enablers. The team consists of three managers who focus on Selection & Assessment, Talent Attraction & Future Talent & Onboarding. We attract, hire, and onboard around 400 graduates and apprentices, plus around 350 work‑experience, insight, and interns through our future talent programmes.

As Early Careers Manager you will lead two key areas:
Future Talent Conversion Programmes and Early Careers Onboarding. You will deliver high‑volume programmes to support early‑careers talent and ensure a market‑leading inclusive onboarding approach. The role has two direct reports:
Future Talent Coordinator and Onboarding Advisor.

• Experience of high‑volume early‑careers recruitment.
• A real passion for early‑careers talent with a commitment to inclusion and diversity.
• Proven project management experience, working with multiple stakeholders and an excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player, able to build trusted relationships quickly with different audiences (from early‑careers talent to internal and external senior stakeholders).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse data to identify trends and inform decision making.
