About the teamOur Early Careers team is a high‑performing group of forward‑thinking, strategic business enablers. The team consists of three managers who focus on Selection & Assessment, Talent Attraction & Future Talent & Onboarding. We attract, hire, and onboard around 400 graduates and apprentices, plus around 350 work‑experience, insight, and interns through our future talent programmes.
About the roleAs Early Careers Manager you will lead two key areas:
Future Talent Conversion Programmes and Early Careers Onboarding. You will deliver high‑volume programmes to support early‑careers talent and ensure a market‑leading inclusive onboarding approach. The role has two direct reports:
Future Talent Coordinator and Onboarding Advisor.
- Experience of high‑volume early‑careers recruitment.
- A real passion for early‑careers talent with a commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Proven project management experience, working with multiple stakeholders and an excellent attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player, able to build trusted relationships quickly with different audiences (from early‑careers talent to internal and external senior stakeholders).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse data to identify trends and inform decision making.
