360 Recruiter - (Manchester)

Are you ambitious, and ready to grow in your recruitment career? We're looking for a Junior 360 Recruiter to join our Manchester team, working in the Software Development vertical.

This is not a delivery role, you'll focus on building your network, generating leads, and winning new business consistently. While you may not have "cracked" the market yet, with the right drive and support, you have the potential to become a high performer.

• A warm desk environment with the chance to work on exclusive roles at one of our largest accounts.
• Opportunities to leverage relationships with several Manchester-based clients we already have terms with but don't yet work with.
• 2-3 days per week in the Manchester office

• A team player with ambition and drive to succeed in recruitment-not treating it as a stop‑gap.
• Enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Ideally 2-3 years' recruitment experience
  , still relatively new to the industry and eager to develop.
• Able to articulate yourself clearly to clients and candidates.
