Senior Recruitment Consultant – Manchester, M1 4ET
(Hybrid)

Near Tech Search are the recruitment partner of choice for tech‑driven companies who prioritise building a positive and collaborative culture no matter where or how their technology departments work. As a Senior Consultant you’ll work in a 360 capacity – sourcing candidates to winning new clients – in a high‑performing, high‑reward culture.

Compensation

Up to £40,000 base + monthly commission + quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
  • Source, assess and place top‑tier technology talent via proactive search methods
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
  • Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
  • Work cross‑functionally with consultants across Near Tech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross‑sell into existing 11 Investments clients
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years experience recruiting for technology roles and/or into Tech/SaaS clients
  • Proven delivery experience, candidate and client account management
  • A positive, team‑first mindset and willingness to keep learning
