WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build your own client and candidate network in a specialist market (Tech, IT, or Engineering)
• Manage the full recruitment process – from winning business to placing candidates
• Make sales calls, pitch roles, negotiate offers, and close deals
• Work to clear KPIs and performance targets
• Build strong relationships over the phone and in person

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• No experience required – full training provided
• Some sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people
• Ambitious, success-driven and money-motivated individuals
• Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to succeed
• Commercially aware and quick-thinking
• Based in or relocating to Manchester
