Overview
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality & Vm Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

- Sun:
- Responsible for leading hospitality operation at prestigious independent school, working with GM on key events.
- Working with exec chef to ensure costings are accurate and offer is suitable
- Working with admin to produce accurate weekly/monthly event sheets for both production and end of month billing.
- Planning ahead to manage rota/overtime requirements, equipment needed, communicating with casual labour team to get coverage needed.
- Ensuring all repeat bookings are maintained (e.g. morning coffee to headmaster)
- Performing hospitality stocktakes and maintaining hospitality stores and prep areas
- Ensuring all food safety processes are in place and being followed (transport records, packed lunch hand overs etc)
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
- Have experience managing teams in a similar role
- Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
