A day in the life of…
  • To ensure that all sales enquiries are dealt with in a proactive manner, and converted to confirmed bookings, to the agreed company standards using the company Sales Conversation techniques.
  • Understanding the business and keeping up to date with hotel’s selling strategy and letting policy and promotions.
  • To ensure that all reservations are directly inputted into the Opera system, and maintenance of an accurate filing system.
  • Ensure team is aware of referral procedures, when denying enquiries.
  • Ensure that no shows and cancellation charges are dealt with daily.
What do we need from you?

Most importantly, to be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in either a guest facing role or on the phone. We use the reservations systems - Opera V5 & Opera Cloud so experience on these will be a huge advantage.
