We're looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full‑time role working 40 hours across 5 days per week.

The roleAre you a natural host? Calm under pressure, with next‑level organisational skills? Do you find satisfaction in creating seamless hospitality and memorable experiences?
As the lynchpin of the Bar team, you’ll make sure guests feel genuinely special – from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operation of CBC’s main hotel bar and events bar.
- Oversee and ensure smooth delivery of events.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
APE. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards removal of any errors.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work wellselectors under pressure.
