We're looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full‑time role working 40 hours across 5 days per week.

As the lynchpin of the Bar team, you’ll make sure guests feel genuinely special – from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

• Oversee the daily operation of CBC’s main hotel bar and events bar.
• Oversee and ensure smooth delivery of events.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  
  APE.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards removal of any errors.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

• At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work wellselectors under pressure.
