Role:
Bar Manager, Malmaison.

• Be a hands-on operator who uses knowledge and experience to motivate, educate and inspire the team to deliver the best guest experience.
• Manage high-volume service and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Lead, train and develop the bar team, contribute to a positive guest experience and brand standards.
• Handle daily and weekly paperwork, stock control systems and rota planning to a budget; operations and administration as required.
• Participate in internal Cocktail Competitions and contribute to the drinks menu when appropriate.
• Work with the brand to deliver a high standard of banter, knowledge and entertainment for guests.

• Previous Bar Manager experience, preferably within high-profile bars or luxury hotel environments.
• Experience working in high-volume environments with the ability to deliver high standards under pressure.
• Familiarity with stock control systems, rostering and budget management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic hospitality setting; internal development and progression encouraged.
