Job Description

Food & Beverage Supervisor – Whitworth Locke, Manchester
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Join our dynamic team where culture and hospitality meet.

• Oversee daily operations of the Locke Coffee Club and ensure seamless service.
• Manage event delivery, including catering and bar services.
• Lead a team of baristas, chefs, and bartenders, fostering teamwork and high standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service and proactive issue resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and monitor inventory.
• Order supplies, adhere to health and safety regulations, and manage stock levels.
• Train and mentor staff, providing coaching to uphold performance standards.

• At least one year’s experience in a hospitality leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of food and beverage trends.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
