Floor Manager

Overview

You have been working as a Floor Manager in a high volume, multi-faceted bar/restaurant environment for the past few years. You’re first-class in everything you do and want to find an environment that’s as obsessive about quality as you are and help you flourish. You have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest hands.

You’re a great leader who really cares about your people. Your big-hearted approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus. • Run busy sites with large teams, maintaining high standards of service and safety.
• Lead and develop team members, coaching and supporting them to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Uphold a commitment to hospitality excellence, balancing guest satisfaction with operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure smooth shift handovers and coverage across busy periods.

• Free team meals every shift, plus unlimited chai.
• Salary: 37,000–42,000 per year inclusive of troncs, paid monthly.
• A full-time role working across 5 days, with Monday–Sunday availability required.
• A weekly changing rota provided at least 6 days in advance.
• We’re an all-day dining cafe, meaning teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts (not always late nights).
• Access to our training programmes and support, with a track record of promoting Dishoom-walles.
• Holiday entitlement as paid leave at your usual rate; sites are closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day, plus an extra day for those with children to attend their first day of school.
• No uniforms required—smart/casual and comfortable attire is fine.
