The Role

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the site’s sales strategy, building strong revenue streams and long-term relationships within the hospitality and corporate markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and delivering a robust sales strategy aligned with brand values and revenue targets
  • Driving corporate, private dining, and event sales with a strong focus on premium hospitality clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with corporates, agencies, event planners, and key local partners
  • Collaborating closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end guest experience
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and revenue streams
  • Managing pipelines, forecasting performance, and reporting on results
About You

This role requires proven experience within the hospitality sector. We are looking for a commercially driven sales leader who understands the nuances of premium dining and guest-led environments.

You will bring:

  • Senior-level sales experience within hospitality (restaurants, premium bars, hotels, or event-led venues)
  • A strong track record of driving revenue through corporate and events-led sales
  • A deep understanding of guest experience and service standards
  • An established network within hospitality, corporate, or events markets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
