We're looking for an energetic, engaging Hotel Sales Executive who will play a key role in developing key relationships in a fantastic hotel opening at the heart of Manchester's Etihad Campus, home to Manchester City Football Club

This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.
The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment
, attracting visitors from around the world.
The new hotel will be at the centre of this dynamic environment, providing an exceptional place for guests, teams, and fans to stay and experience everything the campus has to offer.

As our Hotel Sales Executive, you’ll be the connector: the person who transforms interest into bookings, conversations into long-term relationships, and Campus collaborations into commercial success.
You’ll work right at the centre of the action — engaging with guests, partners, businesses and, crucially, Organisations within the Campus who rely on the hotel for accommodation, meetings and hospitality needs. You’ll ensure they always know where to come, and who to call.
From matchday energy to corporate stays, you’ll make sure every booking feels personal and every partnership feels valued. This isn't just about sales — it’s about smart thinking, genuine conversations and a touch of Manchester character.
You’ll drive room sales proactively, strengthening relationships across the Campus and taking ownership of all hotel-related needs from partnered organisations. You’ll respond quickly, confidently and authentically — no fuss, no fluff, just warm, straight-talking service. With a sharp eye for opportunities, you’ll work closely with both the hotel team and our Campus partners to ensure every interaction reflects our values: warmth, graft and personality.
About you:- You understand what real hospitality feels like — you make people feel cared for, not processed.
- You’re confident, organised and adaptable, thriving in the pace and buzz of a pre-opening environment.
- You have previous experience in hotel sales or reservations, ideally within a lifestyle or premium property.
- You bring strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities quickly and accurately.
