Food & Beverage Supervisor

In the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor, you ll find yourself engaged in a variety of tasks, including:

• Manage customer flow in the bar and restaurant, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Inspire and lead restaurant and Meetings & Events teams for outstanding service.
• Collaborate across departments for consistent food and beverage service excellence.
• Enhance understanding of profit and loss impact, contributing to labour cost management.
• Lead outstanding meeting and events, including assisting in setting up meeting and function rooms.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are adhered to in all areas.
