Bartender

Thanks to your hosting skills our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge your duties will also include the following:

• Providing a seamless rapid service
• Helping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager
• Providing advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget
• Helping to order food beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month
• Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

• Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and / or have professional experience in the hotel / catering industry or be looking for a change of career
• Be open and communicative
• Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
• Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality even in stressful situations
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments we achieve our results together
