F&B Supervisor

We're looking for a charismatic and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full time role working 40h across 5 days per week.
From front desk to back office, on-the-ground to behind-the-scenes, our team makes Locke what it is. We’re building a community of the culturally curious, forward‑thinking and ever‑questioning.

As the lynchpin of the Food and Beverage team, overseeing the F&B team and reporting to the F&B Manager, you’ll make sure guests feel genuinely special – from the moment they book to the moment they leave our F&B spaces.

• Oversee the daily operations of our café, Locke Coffee Club
• Ensure smooth delivery of events
• Manage a team of baristas, chefs & bartenders
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

• At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends
• Ability to work well under pressure
