. This position offers a unique chance to drive revenue in a brand‑new, 401‑key hotel located in the heart of Manchester’s Etihad Campus, home to Manchester City Football Club. The hotel will be a pivotal part of a thriving sports and entertainment district featuring world‑class facilities, including a 60,000‑seat stadium, training facilities, and the Co‑op Live arena.
The role involves collaborating closely with the Revenue Manager to develop a comprehensive pre‑opening strategy, ensuring seamless integration with the broader Etihad Campus experience and delivering a cohesive guest journey that marries sports, entertainment, and hospitality.

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you’ll also lead and develop your own reservations team – with support from central and brand partners. You’ll help shape our launch, embed a performance‑driven culture, and ensure that Medlock, a Radisson Blu Hotel, hits the ground running.
