• Ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay.
• Assist guests with the movement of luggage to and from the bedroom.
• Assist customers who need assistance with any information they require.
• Ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Drive the hotel bus.

• Must have a full, clean D1 Driving License.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
• Can do attitude, drive and ambition a must.
