What You'll Do

As Duty Manager, you will lead a reliable, high‑performing team to ensure smooth hotel operations and an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities include managing health & safety standards, creating a welcoming environment, and leveraging leadership and communication skills developed in retail or similar settings.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the hotel team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage health & safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Ensure efficient day‑to‑day hotel operations, coordinating rooms, services, and staff.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and maintain Premier Inn hospitality standards.
