We are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead and develop our care service and ensure the highest standards of care delivery.

The Care Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing care staff, and maintaining excellent service delivery for our clients.

• Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
• Lead, support, and supervise the care team including coordinators and care workers
• Carry out staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are person-centred and regularly reviewed
• Maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals
• Monitor quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement
• Manage rotas, staffing levels, and service capacity
• Handle safeguarding concerns and ensure safe practice across the service

• Previous experience in domiciliary care management
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff performance and deliver high-quality care services
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
