We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Nursing Associate to join our friendly, supportive and exciting family team on Ward L5 at Salford Royal Care Organisation, part of the Northern Care Alliance.
You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing planned care and delivering the highest standards of patient care within Ward L5. The ward is 24-bedded, specialising in Ageing and Complex Medical care with a focus on Parkinson's disease.
Responsibilities- Work as part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide planned care and deliver high standards of patient care on Ward L5.
- Contribute to compassionate, evidence-based care, with strong teamwork, communication, emotional resilience and initiative.
- Support the delivery of care in a busy clinical environment, with opportunities for training and professional development.
- Nursing Associate qualification at Level 4.
- Experience of working in an acute hospital environment or a community setting.
- Experience of working with patients with acute medical conditions would be advantageous.
