Overview

I am an independent lady with a physical disability looking for a reliable, friendly Personal Assistant to support me with day-to-day living, organisation, and community activities. The role is varied and would suit someone practical, organised, and easy-going.

Contract Type: Part Time

• Driving my mobility car
• Support with washing and personal care
• Washing up and general domestic chores
• Organising my room and storage areas
• Helping organise a storage container
• Meal planning and preparing shopping lists
• Going out to do food and household shopping
• Support with going to the gym
• Supporting attendance at a shooting club (air rifle) - helping transport equipment and support while at the club
• Admin support, including: organising calendars and schedules (I am a psychology student)
• Supporting with letters and emails
• Support attending hospital and medical appointments
• Confident driver (essential)
• Organised, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable supporting an independent person
• Happy to help with both practical tasks and admin
• Respectful, supportive, and professional
• Experience in the field is favourable

• First Aid

• Hourly Rate: £12.60
• Hours Per Week: 12 hours per week
• How will the hours be used:
  Spread over three days in the week
