Domestic and Porter Supervisor | Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week

Overview

To assist the Team Leaders to effectively manage the Domestic and Porter teams. Together with the Team Leaders they will ensure that, patient and staff environments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, and that the services to patients and staff provided via the department are provided effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Support and effectively supervise the Domestics and Porters to maintain and improve the standard of the overall environment and services within the Department.
  • Provide effective support to a group of staff and require appropriate people, co-ordination, communication and collaborative skills to undertake this task effectively.
  • Hours of work include early shifts starting as early as 7am and late shifts finishing up to 7pm in the evening.
