We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Quality & Practice Development Lead to join our national team. This is a home‑based role, working 40 hours per week, with national travel required.

Competitive salary £45,864, with generous car allowance £5,848 - Contract type:

- Hourly rate: £12.95 weekdays, £13.20 weekends

- Lead the design and delivery of practice development strategies across the organisation
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing specialist advice on quality and practice within health and social care
- Analyse data, audits and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Support operational teams and leaders to strengthen practice, capability and consistency
- Review, develop and maintain policies, procedures and practice guidance
- Champion best practice and share learning and innovation across Potens
- Produce clear, high‑quality reports and insights to support strategic decision‑making
- You are passionate about quality, practice excellence and making a real difference in health and social care
- You are values‑led, analytical and confident influencing at all levels of an organisation
- You have strong experience in quality, practice development or service improvement
- You are confident using data and evidence to inform decisions and drive improvement
- You are collaborative, adaptable and motivated, with a strong sense of professional integrity
