, we’ve raised our starting wage to £12.40 per hour and are looking for Bank Support Workers to cover our Greater Manchester/North West services
, located in Preston, Bolton, Bury/Radcliffe, Accrington, Oldham, Rochdale, and Trafford. 💷
You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
, as this role requires travel between our services across the Greater Manchester area. We are seeking individuals who can provide regular support and offer flexible coverage as needed.

Bank Mental Health Support Worker
As a valued member of our team, you’ll work flexibly to support individuals in their journey towards recovery. You’ll help them build daily routines, gain confidence, and live fulfilling, independent lives.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:- Support with purpose – Help individuals develop self-care routines, build resilience, and manage their mental health.
- Everyday independence – Assist with practical tasks such as meal preparation, medication, budgeting, and attending appointments.
- Encourage connection – Promote social inclusion and help reduce isolation through community engagement.
- Team collaboration – Work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to deliver impactful, person-centred care.
- Keep things on track – Maintain clear records and communication to ensure the best outcomes for those we support.
No previous experience in mental health care? No problem! If you’re empathetic, open-minded, and eager to learn
, we’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you thrive.
