We have clinical opportunities for you as a Registered Practitioner in Fertility Care, in theatre, ward and clinic. Patient experience is of great importance to us, we believe that family is for everybody and everybody should have the best experience possible. You’ll help to make sure that every one of our patients receives the greatest care and support possible.

• Co‑ordinate treatment cycle plans, coach our patients to self‑administer fertility drugs, and care for our patients pre and post theatre as well as in the clinic.
• Perform venepuncture, interpret and give blood results when necessary (training will be provided for venepuncture and cannulation).
• Perform basic patient assessments, venepuncture and undertake pre‑treatment consultations.
• Assist in theatre procedures, including egg collections, embryo transfers, IUI’s and Hy‑Co Sy.
• Prepare theatre, ward and maintain the resuscitation trolley.

We are very committed to our nursing / midwifery teams and share best practice across the Care group. We have monthly nurses journal clubs and support training and conferences. Many of our nurses have extended their roles and are working as Advanced Nurse Practitioners and in time there will be opportunities to learn to perform ultrasound scanning and prescribing initially.

• A qualification in adult nursing (Degree / Diploma) or Midwifery, as well as a current NMC registration.
• Post‑registration experience working within an acute hospital setting (if you are newly qualified, please get in touch so that we can understand your experience).
• Desirable but not essential: experience of gynae / obstetric, theatre experience, venepuncture and ultrasound scanning.

• Salary of £31,000.00 per annum.
