Join us as a Patient Safety Partner and make a real difference to our services.
This is an evolving role developed by NHS England to strengthen patient safety across healthcare in the UK. Patient safety partners can be patients, carers, family members, or members of the public – including NHS staff from other organisations. We welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures, and communities, including those living with different conditions, to ensure a wide range of voices are heard.
As a Patient Safety Partner, you’ll work alongside our staff, volunteers, patients, and families to help shape safer, kinder, and more person‑centred care. Your voice matters and by sharing your experiences and perspectives, you’ll play a vital role in making changes that truly enhance patient safety across our hospitals. This is a unique opportunity to influence how care is delivered, ensuring it reflects the needs, wants, and preferences of the people we serve.
