RoleThis is an administrative position at a 24/7 facility. Operating within the clearly defined limits of our policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines, you will aid the smooth running of the department and reflect high quality customer care in all your daily activities.

- Work on a rota system that can change at short notice due to absences or department needs.
The department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will need to be flexible and may be required to work early shifts (approx. 7am to 3pm), late shifts (approx. 2pm to 10pm) or overnight shifts (approx. 9pm to 7.30am).
Training and DevelopmentAll training required to undertake the post will be provided, in addition to support for your personal and professional development. Through our appraisal process you will also have the opportunity to access relevant training such as ECDL and NVQ Level 2 in healthcare administration/supervisory skills.
