Overview
A fantastic opportunity to become the Team Manager of the Salford Older Adult Community Mental Health Services has become available. This is a wonderful well‑staff integrated team comprising of a wide variety of professionals which makes effective and efficient delivery of high quality services a reality.
Responsibilities- Be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management, leadership and development of a multi‑disciplinary Older Adult Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT).
- Ensure delivery of relevant clinical pathways (functional or organic) as outlined within the OACMHT standard operational procedure.
- Participate as a member of the Community Services Management Team in the overall management of community‑based secondary mental health services.
- Participate in the service bronze on‑site/on‑call rota as required.
- Contribute to a culture of caring, compassion and open, honest communication, supporting the wider trust values.
