Provide comprehensive administrative support and manage and coordinate the administrative and ancillary support function, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Responsibilities- Oversee line management of administration, clerical and support staff and coordinate validation of all reports regarding data quality and completeness.
- Ensure meeting all local and national targets and flag any issues that may arise.
- Ensure all systems and processes are adequate and effective in receiving, treating and discharging service users within nationally and locally agreed time frames.
- Greet all service users in a patient‑focused manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Follow up or discharge patients who do not attend according to clinical advice.
- Implement and adhere to relevant Trust policies and procedures.
