The role of the performance analyst is to use data interpretation and analytical skills to proactively provide specialised performance and improvement advice to Clinical Groups to inform patient access management, business planning and service delivery.
The post-holder will work closely with analysts in Information Services and Digital Services to access and interpret datasets as required and to use these to provide bespoke analysis to challenged or pressurised areas of Clinical Groups as required.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team across performance and Information Services, the post-holder will support Clinical Groups to access and optimise use of existing Trust information and reporting, whilst informing and shaping the development of new reporting requirements and information sets based on Clinical Group needs.
