This role is ideal for those with experience in care homes or hospital settings , who are confident in managing less complex cases and providing compassionate care remotely. About the Role Handle non-urgent and less complex patient cases via telephone.

Flexible options available What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a care home or hospital environment. Strong communication skills and ability to manage patient interactions over the phone. Confidence in recognising when to escalate to senior clinicians.
